Hey its about my bad body and foot smell(i keep clean but ii have animals)?

I am a 13 year old girl and i have really bad smelling feet in runs in the family i wash my sox everynight and put them in the dryer once i am done and where the same clean pair in the morning and my shoes i dont have any other sneakers othe rthen the ones i wear everyday to gym and around....i know why my feet sink cuz i wear out my shoes and i wash my feet every night... my clothes dont smell good i have 2 cats and 2 big dogs and i do a wah of my clothes every week (i do my own laundry so nothing gets lost) and i have mice smeelling shower and hair stuff but once my hair drys bye its self i stink and all the kids at school notice it and be liek sniff sniff you stink...is three any good deorant you like shower body wash liek venus devine i herd smells great and like yeah and tips to keep my clothes smelling good even though my house kinda stink!! thanks for the help bye:)))

Always blow dry your hair so it will not pick up the smells around you. Also maybe buy something like Febreze. Take your shower of morning. Put your socks on as you are leaving and then your shoes. Be sure when you do blow dry that it is totally dry. Keep all litter boxes away from your clothes, coats and backpack and gym bag. We have 2 dogs and 9 cats it's tough! Buy deodorant and some kind of perfume that a young girl like you would like. Don't use too much now. Just a little bit.

After you wash your clothes, fold them up and stick them in a trash back...make sure you tied the trash bag up. This will stop the cat/dog odor from getting on the. Also, instead of taking a shower at night, take one in the morning, right before you leave. You can buy odor eaters for your shoes. You can use baby powder for your body...I think it smells really good.

I would try using products with more of a scent to them. Like for example herbal essence hair products tend to keep your hair smelling good. There are foot sprays too that could help with the foot smell. Maybe keep some scented lotion or body spray in your locker, or purse, and occasionally use some. Or even perfume. Try talking to the family about cleaning up the house. See if it's something you can't work on together. I'm sure if the pets are leaving a 'smell' on you they have it too. Good luck! If you celebrate christmas, maybe ask for a specific perfume you like, or a set from bath and body works. Good luck!

Sometimes it's the food you eat. I can eat onions and it seeps through my pores. If you eat lots of junk food or greasy foods it too can seep through your pores. Keeping clean and dry skin( feet, hands, sweaty areas etc...) with deodorants and baby powder should help some. If you are really concerned, you should see your family doctor for the best advise.

do you eat alot of black pepper or garlic both can come out in your feet and other parts of your body try eliminating them from your diet if the smell goes away remember to buy new shoes. Go to hairdresser and get the right shampoo for your hair.Frebreez has a spray specifically for animals spray clothes ,house etc.
