How do some kids like 14 or 15 years old have a beard and can grow one just like an adult, the other day I saw a kid wh was 15 have a beard and another one was 14. I turned 15 three monthes ago, should I be able to grow facial hair soon?

Genetics have a lot to do with how each male can or can not grow facial hair. Look around the males in your family, ask them questions about it.
Some boys start shaving what is called "peach fuzz" to get the facial fuzz to become coarse and more hair like. But I would talk to your parents first and get a male to show you how to shave first. Talk to your parents about this. I have found the only stupid questions are those unasked. You're 15, you are at the right age to know this stuff from your parents. Its time to ask.

Two things here:- the age that they mature and the amount of hair that grows on their face. Both these factors are very variable. Some adult men can't grow a beard.
