it's kinda sad when i go to OSU/Michigan games and i see Buckeyes with Screw Ann Arbor( i did..T shirt) or Ann Arbor is a whore..or Ann Arbor is too ugly to be a hooker ..T-shirts on....i realize they are making fun of the city Ann Arbor and not the actual person ....But im guessing the Buckeyes didnt realize they are making fun of the woman Ann Arbor who built hospitals for little kids that were burned,or in some Horrible accidents and she built FREE hospitals for these kids to get free health care..Ann Arbor is one of the FINEST HUMANS to ever walk the planet earth.....you dont see us making fun of your hair-less,poisonus nuts ( the Buckeye) do ya?

I'm gonna go ahead and guess they say that stuff for the same reason other schools have shirts that say "Kill the Tigers!" While they're CLEARLY not intedned for Peta to find offensive, they make for a fun college football rivalry.
